Artificial Intelligence is no longer a future question for African philanthropy. It is already reshaping how resources circulate, how evidence is produced, how communities are profiled, and how giving takes place.
The 7th APC will convene philanthropy leaders, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, innovators, and development partners to explore a critical question:
Can African philanthropic actors shape digital systems on African terms, through African institutions, and grounded in African knowledge?
As the seat of the African Union and host city of COP32 in 2027, Addis Ababa offers both the policy architecture and historical significance needed to engage this conversation at the level it deserves.
The conference will provide a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and action on the future of philanthropy, technology, governance, and digital sovereignty across the continent.
