The Philanthropy Transformation Initiative creates space for philanthropy to explore these questions and learn from emerging practices that can lead to more equitable and effective outcomes.

The Philanthropy Transformation Initiative is catalysing a global effort to rethink philanthropy from within, bringing together mindset shifts, principles, practice, and a growing community committed to change.

At its core, PTI encourages philanthropy to strengthen community agency, align all of its resources behind its mission, and balance immediate needs with longer-term systems change. Together, these shifts help philanthropy respond more effectively to the complexity and scale of today’s challenges.
