Barry is the Foundation Center’s past chair and the chair emeritus of the WINGS Coordinating Committee. He continues to serve on the Independent Sector boards, the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, the Scholar Rescue Fund of the Institute of International Education, Oxfam USA, and the Cooperative Assistance Fund. He is also the chair of BoardSource and the chair of the Global Fund for Community Foundations.

Chris is the Chief Global Strategy & Partnership Officer and has been working in civil society since 1998. He builds global alliances for tech and social change, examining the role of civil society, philanthropy and infrastructure organisations in an era of converging megatrends.

David is the Head, Civil Society and Social Justice at the World Economic Forum. He is responsible for the Forum’s engagement with civil society and non-profit organisations; civil society impact across the Forum’s centres, impact initiatives and leadership communities; and the Forum’s multi-stakeholder initiatives on social justice and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Delphine Moralis is the CEO at Philea. Prior to joining Philea, Delphine was Secretary General of Terre des Hommes International Federation, Secretary General of Missing Children Europe, and has also held positions in advocacy and public affairs at Child Focus, the European Youth Forum and Cable Europe.

Dio helps shape WINGS' global public policy and engagement strategy. His work centres on advancing social impact through evidence-based advocacy to build a more sustainable and resilient future. A seasoned public policy and development practitioner, he brings over a decade of experience in international development, policy programme management, and advocacy across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and global fora. He is also a co-founder of Obviously Sustainable, a social enterprise advancing a people-centred twin transition in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Dr. Kuttab is the Director and Founder of SAANED for Philanthropy Advisory. He is a founding member of the Arab Human Rights Fund and the Arab Foundations Forum. He also serves on the editorial board of Alliance magazine and the board of the Arab Human Rights Fund.

As the Vice President at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Heather oversees a portfolio of about 40 sponsored projects, comprised mostly of collaboratives in areas like environment, climate and public interest media. She co-founded and leads the Shifting Systems Initiative and the Asia partnerships, and advise selected funders on philanthropy topics.

Jamaica serves as Civil Society and Leadership Director at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, where she oversees global grantmaking to strengthen leaders, organisations, and movements across Asia, Africa, and the Americas. With more than 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in civil society strengthening, climate change, biodiversity, and food systems, and is passionate about shifting systems and power to improve outcomes for people and the planet.

Jeroo Billimoria is the founder of several innovative and award-winning NGOs, with over thirty years’ experience running systems change organizations as a Skoll Awardee, and Ashoka and Schwab Fellow. Among her previous organizations are Child and Youth Finance International, Aflatoun International, Childline India and Child Helpline International, which have helped enable the financial inclusion and protection of children and youth in more than 180 countries.

Kim Bayer is Deputy Vice President for International Programs at the Ford Foundation, where she oversees strategic initiatives and regional offices across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. She brings extensive experience in international affairs and public policy, including senior leadership roles with the New York City and Los Angeles Mayor’s Offices.

Maree joined Philanthropy Australia as CEO in June 2024, after nine years as CEO of Australian Communities Foundation (ACF) and two years on the Board of Philanthropy Australia. Prior to her time in philanthropy Maree held executive roles in some of Australia’s leading NGOs including, the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, headspace and Orygen youth health. She started her career as a social worker in family services at Berry Street.

Graduated in Business Administration, with specialisations at Stanford and Harvard, Rodrigo Pipponzi is chairman of Grupo MOL and founder and chairman of Instituto ACP and Instituto MOL. He is a board member of Raia Drogasil (RD)’s Sustainability Committee and IDIS in Brazil.

Somachi Chris-Asoluka is the CEO of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), the leading philanthropy empowering young African entrepreneurs across all 54 African countries. Somachi is responsible for the overall development, implementation and execution of the Foundation’s operations, communications, policy and advocacy.

Valeria Scorza (she/her) is the CEO of Fundación Avina, bringing a strong human rights background and a commitment to intersectional, gender-informed programming that emphasizes Global South perspectives and locally led initiatives. Alongside her team, she spearheads Fundación Avina’s mission to build transformative partnerships and alliances with civil society, private donors, international cooperation entities, and corporations, focusing on sustainable, equity-driven solutions.

Amit has over 7 year of experience in Accounting, Auditing, MIS, Taxation, Compliance and Budgeting. He holds a chartered accountancy degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently based in India. He has also worked in implementation of new accounting software.

Beatriz has over 7 years of experience working in civil society strengthening. She majored in International Relations at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City. She specialises in strategic planning, fundraising and data-driven collaboration and is passionate about building philanthropy partnerships that drive real change in the world.

Benjamin is the Executive Director at WINGS. He has previously led international programmes in fields such as civil societies’ strengthening, sustainable development or post-disaster reconstruction. He has managed international programs at Fondation de France, worked for the International Cooperation Agency of Monaco and for several NGOs in Ethiopia, Tunisia and Canada.

Bia is the Senior Programmes Associate for WINGS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sciences and Humanities, International Relations and Public Policy in the Universidade Federal do ABC – UFABC. Besides philanthropy, her interests include Human Rights issues, especially Women's Rights; and Environmental issues.

Carla is a development and gender professional with more than 20 years’ experience with INGOs, specialised in program management, project design and resource mobilisation. She has been working across countries, supporting Civil Society and Women Rights Organisations. She holds a degree in Political Sciences and a PhD in Cultural Anthropology.

Cecilia is the Membership and Engagement Coordinator for WINGS. Working in the sector since 2010, Cecilia has contributed to civil society’s strengthening through network management, project implementation, partnerships, and communications development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Masters in Public Policy.

Claire is a strategic communications leader with experience across the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. She has supported initiatives focused on gender equality, public health, private sector engagement, and more. Claire has worked with organisations including the Gates Foundation and Chemonics, and holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University.

Erika's previous experience includes working with INGOs and leading the Canadian PhilanthropyForClimate movement. She believes in the power of strong partnerships for addressing our world's most complex challenges. Erika has a BA in Global Development and is currently pursuing her MSc in Climate Change and Development at SOAS.

Eva is the Network and Ecosystems Director at WINGS. She has worked in and with philanthropy for 20 years, including with Global Greengrants Fund, Amnesty International, and CIVICUS. In her work, Eva is particularly interested in fostering collaboration and building collective power to address the world's complex and intersecting crises.

Before WINGS, Garima worked with Save the Children, Water Aid and Harvard Global Research Support Centre India. Previous work experiences include handling core finance activities like Accounting, Auditing, Compliances, Budgeting and MIS. She also led the implementation of software and integration of systems. She also supported in process improvement.

Jodel has been part of international civil society platforms for more than ten years, working on issues such as CSO enabling environment and development effectiveness. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. Jodel is based in Manila, Philippines.

Prior to joining WINGS, Leandre worked with the Luxembourg Development Agency, TechSoup, the International Republican Institute, and the West Africa Civil Society Institute, among others. He has more than 12 years of experience providing strategic support, including capacity strengthening and grant-making, to leading civil society organisations and networks across Africa.

Mehul has experience in nonprofit communications, focusing on issues like child rights, climate action, gender, and migration. They have supported advocacy efforts, global movements and development communications grounded in a commitment to social justice. Mehul holds a BA in Journalism and Communication and an MA in Social and Cultural Anthropology.

With over four years in the non-profit sector, she has worked on project management, research, and stakeholder engagement to support initiatives driving social impact. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and an LLM in International Legal Studies, she has contributed to global projects on gender equality, sustainability, and human rights.

Natalia is a Senior Associate for WINGS. Working in Civil Society for the last 8 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations in the Universidad de San Andres and completed a post-graduate study in Management of Social Organisations.

Nayara is the Administrative and Finance Coordinator for WINGS. She is a Civil Engineer and holds an MBA in Controllership. With extensive exposure to FP&A routines, strategic and finance analysis, her experience in the third sector includes working with projects aiming to foster income generation and development of local fragile communities.

Patricia has more than 10 years of experience in Operations and Finance functions for brazilian and international non-governmental organizations, as the Brazilian Forum of Public Safety and Vital Strategies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Masters degrees in Humanitarian Organisations and Public Policy.

Rafaela has experience in nonprofit operations, supporting process optimisation and project management for social impact organisations. She is passionate about social impact businesses and strengthening the nonprofit ecosystem. Rafaela holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and a Master in Business Management with a focus on Project Management.

Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in the impact sector, working both in the UK and internationally. Her expertise lies in fostering partnerships that connect diverse stakeholders and in shaping organisational culture with a focus on strategic growth. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology and is an On Purpose Fellow.

Before WINGS, Sameera worked with CAF. Sameera worked with partners across several countries to grow giving and strengthen civil society resilience. Previous work experiences include setting up an NGO in Canada, a partnership project in India, and consultancy projects for several NGOs. She also worked in banking spanning roles in leadership, project management and change transformation.

Tyler has a background from both philanthropy and the international development sector. He has researched and published on innovation and moving power in grantmaking in both academic and practitioner arenas, and has facilitated learning spaces and participatory grantmaking programs with movements across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has previously held a curriculum fellowship from the International Centre on Nonviolent Conflict.

Ya Sally is a policy and development practitioner specialising in development finance, multilateral policy, and strategic partnerships for the impact sector. Her work focuses on bridging regional governance with global finance frameworks, drawing on 9 years of experience within UN systems and intergovernmental bodies. She is currently completing postgraduate studies in Energy Law, Policy, Regulation and Business as well as Legal Practice.

Zubair is a communication and campaigns specialist with 20 years of working experience, including in and with national and international NGOs, business, government, media, creative agencies and academia. He is a former executive manager in several organisations and holds degrees in psychology, sociology and development studies.
