Amidst intersecting and worldwide crises, the need for effective leadership in philanthropy has never been more important. What kind of leadership do we want? And how can we attract those leaders?
While much of the focus on leadership in philanthropy relates to Western billionaire donors like Bill Gates or MacKenzie Scott, those individuals aren’t necessarily representative of leadership in the sector. Who are our leaders? And are they the right ones?
In a global conversation with Alliance magazine’s Regional Representatives, a program generously supported by Badr Jafar, we focus in on what new leadership should look like and how to open up the whole concept of leadership to innovation.
