The Partnering Initiative invites philanthropy professionals to join the Masterclass: Fundamentals of Transformational Multi-Sector Partnership — an immersive learning experience focused on building effective collaboration across sectors to drive transformational change.
Co-hosted by Stiftung Mercator Schweiz and developed in collaboration with Philea and WINGS, the masterclass brings together philanthropy expertise, systems thinking, and practical partnering methodologies to help foundations and changemakers strengthen their collaborative impact.
Designed for leaders and practitioners working across philanthropy, civil society, government, and business, the programme explores how multi-sector partnerships can help address today’s interconnected social, economic, and environmental challenges. Through expert facilitation, practical tools, real-world case studies, and peer exchange, participants will gain insights into what makes partnerships effective and how to move beyond transactional collaboration toward more transformational approaches.
The masterclass is part of Transform, a joint initiative from The Partnering Initiative, Philea, and WINGS designed to empower foundations to become catalytic partners in transformational development.
