The Future of Philanthropy
The task of this report is threefold: first, to review the progress of those trends (where this is possible – an important caveat); second, to present a general picture of global philanthropy, but with specific reference to three regions – South-East Asia, Africa andthe Middle East (the focus areas for the present report); third, by a series of interviews with key figures in the philanthropy sector, to highlight important developments and trends for the future of philanthropy in these three regions and to offer ways tobuild on them.
